This was a massive trip for John and I! We took all them kids to the zoo with us! We ended up taking the van and the blazer, but it was a blast! Each of the kids had a buddy, and I walked in front of the line and John walked last with Gabby. All the kids got to each a picnic lunch next to the giraffes, and then feed the giraffes lettuce. I love my family!

We purchased our Zoo membership for the first time this year! We love the Fort Wayne Children's zoo. Its more spaced out, the kids get more time to "examine" each animal, and the animals seem to be more free than other Zoo's. All of our kids, nieces, and neighbor kids that have come with us truly enjoyed themselves. I love that you can eat a picnic lunch right next to the giraffes. They walked right up next to us. After we were done eating, the kids each got a chance to feed them lettuce. You would not believe how LONG their tongues are! Yucky. We have been several times, and will be sure to get a new membership next year!

Lets Roll Baby Roll

Yes you see this right, Gabby is rolling all by herself. Sorry for the mess around her, I just started snapping pictures! I honestly was jumping around in joy to see her roll over for the first time. :) This happened the two nights before she was having major surgery! She has not rolled since, but I am ok with that. She will get there again, It was just such a blessing to see her do it!

Happy 6th Birthday Kirstynn

Well my first baby is turning 6. Oh how the time has just flown by. I can remember holding her for the first time, she was so tiny. This year for her Birthday Kirstynn wanted to head to build a bear! She made a cute little pink bear named "rose". John and I took her alone and then went to her restaurant of choice....McDonnalds! She got a large strawberry milkshake! Her Birthday party was fun, but we sure did miss Kiera and Dilly. I must say Kirstynn was very happy with her party, and trip to Build A Bear. Happy Birthday to my little girl!

Buddy the Dog

Well we have a new addition to the Roddy family.... Buddy! He was dumped in the neighborhood, a kind neighbor housed him for 2 weeks ,but could take him in forever! ....So he came to live with us. These are the before and after pictures! Kinda crazy looking! The groomer removed various matts, and other items our of his hair! He is only about 6 months old. He has a ton of energy, and the kids love him! Welcome to the crazy Roddy family Buddy!
